Instructions:

1. Combine cake mix with water and oil.
2. Pour into the cake pan.
3. Microwave for 2 minutes or bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
4. Let cool.
5. Remove from the pan.
6. Melt the buds and spread over the cake.
7. Add sprinkles and a candle.
8. Let cool and light the candle! (But blow out before feeding to your dog!)
